AHSONNUZLI – The Hermaphrodite God
Lord of Chance, Chaos and Patron of the Changelings
Status: Younger God
Level: 5000
Avatar: Barint
The God of the Changelings possesses the attributes of both sexes (HERMAPHRODITIC) for which he? is despised and outlawed by all the other gods.
The God of change is chaotic to the point of insanity. His scriptures teach that change and madness are liberating influences, drawing the innermost self out of hiding so that strength is revealed and the deepest weaknesses and fears can be confounded. On a larger scale, chaos and change is good because it frees each individual and group to find its own potential and strength.
The clerics of Ahsonnuzli urge their flock to embrace new changes, in both form and soul as a blessed escape from troubles. The religion as a whole will work against any government they deem too lawful in its ways. Though many lawful but evil tyrants have more reason to fear.
Ahsonnuzli was born a God of Human parents and is the youngest of the younger gods.
According to tradition his changeling father was a highly intellectual schizophrenic, who threatened to kill his mother unless she gave birth to a son. However, after Ahsonnuzli’s birth his mother claimed she was made pregnant by the mystical actions of a Pharastus priest who told her she would give birth to a female black and white unicorn, which she had believed.
From this it is possible to see how Ahsonnuzli’s childhood caused him? to become so insane. He fled from his homelands whilst still young and finally ended his travels joining a small cult comprised of changelings who delighted in the ability to change form. Ahsonnuzli soon excelled from his peers and discovering he had strange powers above that of his new brethren grew to be the cult’s patriarch.
Many years past with the young God rising in power. How he made the jump to Goddom is unclear but many of his followers believe he gambled his twisted soul with Dauthrman the God of Fate.
SYMBOL
Ahsonnuzli’s symbol portrays his hermaphroditic nature.

TEMPLES
The temples are always hidden, known only to the select few followers who attend rituals. They can be sited anywhere from cities to mountains.
HOLY DAYS
Ahsonnuzli’s holiest day is 29th day of Febrimonath and is the time of great mysticism and ritual. Other holy days are never on the same date and are usually decided by the high priest several days or weeks in advance.
FRIENDS AND ENEMIES
Due to their need for change and chaotic happenings, the followers of Ahsonnuzli will always do there best to work against priests of Marnarka, and other priests who try to maintain balance and order.
They have there closest alliances with priests of Fenrir, though due to there chaotic nature, and need for change this is a very unstable relationship!
CULT REQUIREMENTS
Generally only Changelings may join the cult but non-
STRICTURES
The priests of Ahsonnuzli have no overall set strictures as they are always changing. However individual sects are subject to the ruling of the High Priest or sect leader.
